And Now, A Very Happy New Guitar Day!

My ESP LTD MH-417B FM came in today!! I had an issue with a Schecter Hellraiser I purchased and returned it for this and im not disappointed. After playing it for a couple hours, it plays so well. It sounds fantastic. Sustains for days, the finish is gorgeous! A black stained flamed maple top, with a 3 piece neck thru maple neck. White binding around the body and neck/headstock, 2 EMGs, 81 and 707 in bridge and neck respectively, i may switch them around though, the 707 roars in the bridge. Plus its a bright guitar cause of the neck through design, the 707 should balance it better but i digress. Its beautiful and an absolute joy to play. Coming from a 7 with a 26.5" scale length, the difference looks like so much more than it actually is. Its very nice, stretched chords arent very hard to play. Its amazing, not just for a Chinese guitar but for any guitar in general. And here's some pics.

Very nice! Love the top. Also neat that you can get the LTDs without the mother-of-fake binding

Update: Threw the 707 in the bridge, 81 in neck, did the 18v mod and I'm blown away. So much more body than the 81, not as much bite but i dont need too much bite for my style. The 81 in neck is amazing for soloing.
