I'd love to see Harley Davidson bringing a line-up of only electric and/or fuel injected bikes for 2016 and seeing the reactions to that.
No clue who's taking the decisions at Gibson, but technological advancements have to remain an option when you're got monopoly of a historic piece, you know. Can't force changes, otherwise you unsurprisingly risk alienating your customer base.
That vintage/transition/modern line-up idea is great, it would position and separate the product line, and Gibson should pay you guys for the tip.
