I run all my pedals on batteries live. I hate messin with the pedal board needing to be plugged in.
I think I WOULD mind not being able to use a battery, simply because I've been places where plugging in wouldn't be an option.
I figure if I can plug my amp in, i can almost ALWAYS plug my one-spot in as well.

ding ding ding...we have a winner lol. that's how i feel. i don't like to run pedal off batteries, it just seems wrong for some reason and a waste of money on all those batteries that get thrown out where after a few months you could have bought a 1 spot with that money you used for batteries.

I’m curious, how many of you use batteries in your pedals and how many use some form of wall power (meaning anything other than a battery)? Also if you were to buy a pedal would you care if it did NOT hold a 9v battery in it and only ran off a boss style power plug? -Mike
