I have some duncans that need repair. Seems the Custom Shop stopped doing them now?
Does SD do pickup repairs anymore?

The Custom Shop site notes that they still do.

However, they may still be focused on catching up from the pandemic. The best way to find out is to just give them a call and ask.

Right now, the best thing is to contact them directly and ask if they are doing repairs again. I know they stopped for a little while but intended to get back to it.
