I love my Epi G-400 Custom. I got it used for a great price on eBay and it looks, plays and sounds great. I changed the pickups and electrics. Everything else is fine. It really is a joy to play. I had a '74 Gibson SG Standard years ago and loved it but to be honest I enjoy playing this Epi just as much. Very cool guitar and fabulous value for money.

This guitar was a special run at M123. I beleive it was advertised as "Limited Edition" but contained nothing to support a "Limited" or numbered run. It was priced the same as the other SG Standards so I jumped on it.

This is one of those times I ordered 3 of the same guitars from M123, picked the best of the bunch and sent the rest back.

This SG is undeniably one of the best guitars in my collection. And I have a BIG collection.

Decades ago they used to make Customs in a few different colors, and I think black was one of them. None of them were ever made in big quantities; Stds and Specials far outsold Customs.
