Took Miley (my gibson faded v) out the other night and fondled her hard and loud.... About half way through I could hear tuning issues, pissed me right off! So I threw her on the stand and grabbed my Jackson to finish the night out..
Got a hankering to learn "hey you" by the Scorpions yesterday so I grabbed the closest guitar in the bedroom... Tuned her up... Noticed as I slid chords higher and higher they sounded worse and worse! Argh#$@&$!'+$......Intonation!!!
Got my phone tuner out and a tiny screwdriver... Four strings were spot on.. But the d and b strings were adjusted all the way to the wrong end!!! WTF?!?!
How could they be so out??? And why did it take me 4 weeks to figure it out??? Must be getting old.
Anyhow I feel so much better now that I got her singing like she should. Nasty whore that she is....
