unbox it tomorrow? You do not have GAS. I have lost all respect for you. That box should've been opened the first 10 minutes you had it. Strike that... first 2 minutesl

hehe.... I feel like crap...literally. I think I have food poisoning from a nasty dinner at Applebees. Plus I just got home and my pansie of a roommate is already in bed just below my jam room.

EDIT: ALRIGHT ALRIGHT!!!! YA happy now?

Cool......so I figure the Tele is going to sound incredible with a stereo Vox and Roland! Congrats. I haven't even heard one yet! LOL

Re: Gearjoneser passed GAS and I got a whiff......

If they can cop the original AC15 tone ... welll ... the best tone I've ever had was through an original AC15 Twin Twelve (rare, by the way) ... harmonics, sustain, and balls!!!

Just FWIW, but the original AC30 was made to be the 'big brother' to the AC15 - very similar circuit, but more power

This looks a lot better....
ROTFL!! Scott that is awesome. Give me a Franklin for what I payed for this booger and it's a done deal!!!

BTW I just gutted the AC15 and took pics. You can tell it's a $600 amp(Christian and I talked about this before I snagged it tonight), but it should work out here at the house as a good little amp to peck around on. CHECK MY SIGNATURE LINK FOR THE PICS.

I think it would work out great in a church setting. Seems that my 15 watt Blues Jr. has more balls than this guy though. Two things I have learned real quick like .
1. The slightest touch of reverb can go way toooooo far.
2. This pup's got some treble!!!

Re: Gearjoneser passed GAS and I got a whiff......

yeah...I don't know how many features you have on yours..but my had all the linking stuff, and the custom circuit verses traditional, and capacitor switches, and wattage switches, and all sorts of bells and whistles..it took me a while to dial it in JUST right for what I play now. Of course, now that I'm switching genre's fairly drastically, I'll have to dial it in again :) but that's the fun!

I know it's a model and not the real thing, but on my Vox AD60VTX I dig the AC15 amps better than the AC30s. I can't put my finger on it, but there's something just a BIT different.

Re: Gearjoneser passed GAS and I got a whiff......

The vox models on the Valvetronix are dead on IMO.
