For $5000 it's not a 'faithful' reproduction. The pickguard is the wrong shape, the switch and the pots are in the wrong locations.

I think symmetrical headstocks look better with symmetrical bodies..... this symmetrical body with an asymmetrical hockey stick headstock is diabolical!

No thank you. Not at $5K. Maybe at $500. I wonder if there's an Epi version planned?
This guitar might be a winner with the retro crowd if offered at an Epi price point.

At the board meeting, someone presented this idea that was both historic, yet somehow new. Everyone sitting there thought it was a great idea and agreed to fund the prototypes and eventually build it in production. I don't think this is my kind of company.

It's funny, if some small, booteek builder made it, people would probably go, 'oh, cool guitar, man'.

Frank Brothers is in the family, so to speak, and seem well thought of. I recalled the old Teiscos as well.

I am one of the biggest Gibson fanboys and defenders on this forum. I have 5 Gibsons and would love to own more. Still, I find this design to be one of the most horrific things ever done to wood. The price for this aberration is ridiculous.
