One thing that you may notice is that some models have the scallop on the lower horn and some don't. For a while, people were using that as a visual indicator as to whether it was a Fusion or Dinky, but evidence exists that both models had it, and its use was inconsistent; sometimes a Fusion got it, sometimes not. Same with the Dinkys, especially early examples of both import and USA production models.
Hey guys, I'm really happy with all your help, you were great. I'm closing the deal with the last dinky I posted here, the one with the JT590, it's in very good condition, good frets and apparently the floyd is in good shape. It is going to cost me $325 with free shipping, which is a really good price in my opinion (things here in Brazil are waaay overpriced due to the abusive import taxes).
heem, I own two Fusions with the original thin Charvel necks and a Ibanez RG570 Japanese with an original Wizard neck.Congrats! I think you'll be really happy with that guitar. The necks on those are super thin and fast, like an original Wizard. Also, I believe that's a Schaller made (Jackson branded) rail pickup those have in the bridge.
I've never seen one with the "Grover Jackson" thing on the headstock before thats pretty cool!
