how different straps change my tone.

I use a leather DR strap. It’s soft, smooth texture creates a sonic symbiosis with my DR Pure Blues strings that creates a buttery, fluid tone.

nice! i should try and find one of those. i played a friends guitar with a wooden strap last night at the gig and i was surprised at how comfortable it was. i wasnt surprised at how warm and woody the tone was though, thats to be expected

im a big fan of a good strap. each of my guitars has one, i try and fit the strap to the guitar. my favorites are some old levys padded leather ones ive had for almost 20 years. the tone is amazing!

Can't brag about my playing, but there's tone for days in those straps.

the tone from a cheap black nylon strap is the worst, but it can fit in some situations. never my favorite
