Les Pauls aren't really signature guitars I guess, they're endorsed guitars. Otherwise what is a Slash Les Paul exactly? A dual-signature guitar? The most recent Les Paul signautre guitars were made after Les himself dies, so he's obviously not helping with the specs.
I think it's clear what's meant by the first post - no need to be pedantic about what is and isn't a signature guitar, it clearly means stuff where the guitar is based on the guitar that person plays the most - often to the point of being a replica like the relic'ed Gilmour Strats.
To answer the question, I guess a Gilmour strat would be mine, although I'd want the NOS version. But then, what really is it? It's just any vintage-style Strat, but you switch the bridge pickup for an SSL-5.
