With any transaction such as this, it wouldn't hurt to send a question to the seller asking him what makes it "fair condition and not mint or mint condition"?

Those BC Richs went for about $600 new, so if nobody's watching it, $250 would be a steal for a US model bolt-on. More people are watching the Dime, so that'll go for about $450. At least that BC Rich is a US model, not a Platinum import model.
