Happy new year to all.
It's been more than 6 months i m trying to sell my 87 hamer chapparal custom, locally with no success. It's the 24.75" scale hamer with emg85/sa/sa pickup boomerang inlays, ebony fretboard, set neck that's been made during 86-87.

I've been offered by a friend to exchange my hamer for his 93 Orville les paul black beauty plus 100€. Let me say that my hamer has been stripped of it's previous colour, has a crack in the finish along the back of the neck and a crack in the neck/headstock area. Have absolutely no experience in the orville camp, never played one, and tbh i wouldn't care much for it except for the fact i might accept the swap just hoping the orville is a guitar i can sell more easily than the hamer, as i already own a Gibson les paul, i don't need a second one and i am more of a strat guy. Would you accept the exchange or do you advice me to stick with the hamer?
