...alright. This was my first amp when I was like, 14. I hated it. Couldn't quite remember why. Was an uncles. Appears to be made in the 60s/70s? Advertises solid-stateness. note sparklez.
...so it's been chilling at my parent's house for the last 4 years while I've been away... finally dusted it off, but the only thing I have to play it with is an acoustic with a piezo pickup... Found it in the back of my grandma's closet back with the rest of my uncle's stuff when I was a cheap, ungrateful kid. (was?)
Also there was a record player (now mine) and a ****ing, ******n Sunn Beta Lead I was stupid enough to let an uncle have. At least I got his car... well, I'm making myself sound bad now so I'll go on.
anyone hear of Jordan?
It claims to be 75 watts (max?) but I'm guessing it CAN'T be more than 15 RMS...
closeup of backpanel here; but it's huge, and I didn't want the screen to stretch

Yes, it's very quiet. And my acoustic couldn't get it to give any breakup whatsoever :laugh2: Maybe a real electric would push it more...
Anyway, I remember it being insanely bright... but the guitar I used with it back then was a bit weird too. I don't think I ever did play the jag through it.
...it actually sounds good. A really groovy, sort of harsh, but tubular and mellow sound. Sounds 60s :laugh2:
Course again, that's with an acoustic... But I really do like it. Trippy trem too :smokin:
Would be good for recording... but it's nearly a whisper in terms of volume... well, it sounds about 15 watts, but still. would probably take pedals well. I'm glad I finally am borrowing a truck and can drag it back down
I guess I can now hear it with the veil of horrific playing (mostly anyway) removed :laugh2: needs some contact cleaner though.
