Hello again! As most of you know by now, I just started playing guitar a few months ago, Got a Washburn X12 QVS in like new condition, and a Roland cube 30 which mostly everyone seems to say is a good starting combo. And then a few weeks ago I was sent two older guitars from my uncle, and they ended up being a JTG Infinity which I have restored and the other is a Hondo 775 series which I am working on. But for some reason I have the urge to get a Les Paul style guitar now... I know some of you are probably going to say there's no reason to get another guitar right now, but I feel like I need one. I've been working with my father recently and have almost 100$ saved up, but we're going out of town doing a job soon and I expect to make I hope around 150-200$. I've been looking at the local guitar shop, and I noticed an Epiphone Les Paul Studio. It's like a toothpaste green color to me if that makes sense but I'm not sure how to explain it exactly.. A few things I noticed, good and bad: It's missing a pickguard, and I wasn't sure how easy it would be to find one for an Epiphone studio, I've found them for Gibson but from I can tell they're quite different. Also it has after market (I think?) Pups in it. They say Seymour Duncan on them, but I haven't had the time to ask about them at the store yet, or try the guitar to see how it sounds. They're asking 250$ for it, but I think there's a chance that they could lower it a bit.
Thanks for any help!
