Well said. For me, the bottom line is, I tried it and I like it. I got a benefit and it is staying in my guitar. The nice thing about Stone Tone is if you try the block and the claims do not meet your expectations you get your money back. For that reason alone I don't understand the hostility towards Stone Tone. They are not trying to sell you a bill of goods; they are trying to help you improve your tone. If you do not feel the benefits meets the investment you get your money back. You can not ask for a better guarantee than that. In the time, it took to grow this thread to 8 pages all of you could have installed the block and drew your own conclusions.

If I had a Floyd, I'd either use granite or titanium.

I didn't read all the posts... However a higher quality block is a very noticeable change in tone. I have a Callaham solid steel block in my strat. All strats I touch don't hold nothing against my strat. My tone is always more lively and more full.

This thing looks like it would be just as awesome. I'd be interested in a stone block for my strat.

Update: I read a few threads back. Color me impressed.

To modify a stock Strat Style tremolo block is not mainstream for us until the Floyd Rose Rail Tail becomes available then we will have the string thru upgrade readily available.
By the bar mechanism mounting in any strat style stock block makes this design not applicable since this is a custom Stone Tone mod we cut off the stock metal and graft it to the Stone for a hybrid block which works extremely well since there is much more vertical pressure on the block that adds to the already horizontal spring pressure..
