Yeah.

EDIT:

Made my first clip with this sob. I don't even know where to start or what to tweak but here we go.

lol niiiiiiice. :headbang:

gonna use it for recording only or are you gonna be running it through a power amp/speakers as well?

Re: NAD! (I has thems all nao)

I have one on my wishlist. Between that and Revalver you should be pretty much set.

I've got one - never was very thrilled with FRFR. Best sound was through a Mesa 50/50 and Thiele cabs. YMMV of course.

Tried my friends Axe with Mackie HD1221, that thing was a beast. Sounded very natural to my ears (ofc not as natural as tube power amp & cab but still). I want to have a very mobile rig so FRFR is the easiest option.

What FRFR did you have?

Congratulations. I'm typically averse to spending so much on modeling amps, but Fractal has been making these great processors for a long time. I'm actually considering getting one at some point because of the flexibility and portability. These days, Fractal and Kemper have gained a tremendous lead in the processor market. I remember when the Rocktron Prophesy was something to be revered. At one time, it was the most desirable. I still think the Prophesy II is a great processor, but because of the high quality of modeling on Fractal and Kemper, I think I'd rather go their route.

I owned a Kemper. Sold it. Fractal is on my wishlist though. It's more mature and fits into my workflow better. They're really two different units and how you use it will determine which one you'd want.

Do these come with a VST like GUI?

Surely it comes with a patch editor/librarian right?

AxeEdit allows you to edit presets and possibly control the AxeFx remotely. You'd still have to patch it into your signal chain either via converters or pure digital via SPDIF.
