It's an old 90s Marshall Valvestate VS65R combo
I tried about 8 diff amps at the store on Saturday and this thing sounded more like an 800 than anything else in the store...some of it quite a bit more $!

LOL..yeah..I know but the way you worded your question, I had to say yes
It sounded alot better than the new AVTs, some other SS stuff and a Peavey Valveking. It does one sound, but it's the sound I wanted. It's very fun to play (very forgiving of mistakes and such...) and when ya get it up in volume it does get pretty crunchy and touch responsive like a tube power section. Not as good as the real deal, but surprising nonetheless.
I usually shake the $hit out of those chords...I really wasn't paying any attention to what I was doing :crying: :8:

dude.. you have to get it in your blood.. dont think .. let the riff play itself. become one with the guitar and let the feel flow through you. it all becomes easier then. your little brain (no, not there) takes up the playing so you can think of more important stuff, like making vai-type faces, busting moves and checking out the boobs on the groupiesJeffB said:
