I'm a fan of Jazzmasters with 2 P-90s but that said if I got this guitar a P-Rails and triple shot would drop into the bridge position nicely!

Oh man, if they had made this with kill switches and called it the "Jag-Stang" it would've sold like candy at Halloween, especially in the '90s. I guess it's better they learn late then never learn at all. Nice design.

I've been GASing for a Tele for a long time now, you know the whole ash-maple-SC bridge thing... and now I'm hyped about the new Black Top Teles. Not sure I'll be able to get both and explain it to my wife.

No need to make the how's Gibson doing, how's Fender doing comparison all of the time. They both have their strengths and their weaknesses but they are mainly different.

When I saw this thread and saw the Jazzmaster I knew it was going to make someone's eyes pop out...

Plus I already have a black Jaguar. Honestly, because of the price, I might pickup the burst jazzmaster and the silver jaguar... The Jazz first just because it's so different. Let's hope the quality is up to snuff. For $450, I'm not expecting a custom shop instrument, but still.

Find me one guitar company that makes more lefty models than Fender.

Some of the most famous left handed players of all time have used Fender guitars.

Actually i dare anyone to name 5 left handed players (pro grade, hall of fame worthy, such as Cobain [oh shut up] and Hendrix) who use guitars other than Fender.

AZ join my Jazzmaster loving cult and pick up the JM! You know you want a jazzmaster more than anything. Think of the sweet sound of that flat-wound mellow neck pickup!

I love that Tele,now if I put chrome-nickel covered Blackouts and brass nut it will take over all gigs from country bars to Ozzfest with no sweat at all. :lol: j/k

Yeah I'm thinking of getting it simply because I already have a Jaguar, a Stratocaster and a Telecaster. Like I said before, I'd get it in black, but my Jaguar is black. I think I'll get the sunburst.
