Well, the black Jazzmaster just kills the sunburst one.

I like the Teles - in all three colors.

Holy balls, that silver tele w/ rosewood board is just begging for a C5 or Custom in the bridge and a PGn.

yeah, that's mine. I hate the weird guard on the black one.

If only I could get a tort guard for this...

I figured it wouldn't matter. It's not like the email told of models that are coming out next year that are even better than the blacktop series.

Thats what I want to hear about. What mods are people lining up for these? I think the SB jazz looks excellent. In fairness, how "minty" is the pg on the black JM?

I don't know whether to make this a Rock monster or a tone machine.

if i want to make it rocky, Ill put something like a custom or an invader in the bridge and a hot for jazzmaster in the neck.

if i want to get a more new wave-jangle-pop thing, which is where I want to go, I'll get a 59 for the bridge and a vintage for jazzmaster or an antiquity in the neck. I don't know about changing anything else, except adding locking schallers.

edit: i thought the mint guard looked kind of gray. weird.

ITS ABOUT BLOODY TIME!
Still wouldn't be as awesome as mein, but I think this is very cool. I hope this line does well enough that they expand it.

EDit: Those Skirted Amp Knobs better go up to 11.

What's up with Fenders and pickguards? Every guitar they bring out has a @#$% pickguard!

What's the point of a sunburst when half of it is covered by a slab of plastic? ;)
I just prefer guitars without pickguards, that's all.

That's not really the Fender look, but they do make some models without pickguards.
