Without more and closer pictures it's hard to say for sure, but there are a few suspicious areas. First of all the headstock logo is too yellow, second a 2006 SG Standard would have a Nashville bridge instead of an ABR, the bridge itself looks like the Asian ABR Epiphone uses, the poker chip looks wrong (also like Epiphone), the switch tip is the wrong color, and the neck / body joint looks 'off'. It's absolutely possible that the bridge, poker chip, and switch tip have been replaced, but that yellow logo has me disinclined to believe it's genuine. Honestly it looks like an Epi SG with a different headstock logo. Considering that many Epis are MIC now, it's entirely possible that it's made in the same factory and sold "grey market".
