I have yet to play a USA Dean Soltero MHG. I've tried the imports and they weren't bad but that MHG is oil finished if i'm not mistaken? There was one on Ebay a few months ago that sold for $850 which was an absolute steal.... wish I had the funds at the time. Being its your favorite neck ... I don't suppose you'd want to get it off your hands.... PLEASE?.... LOL.... *SIGH*

Honestly, I'm not even sure. I think it's some kind of thin, matte clear coat, not oil. It feels fantastic, though.
I actually ran into a financial bind a few months back and had to put it up on the block. Luckily, everything got sorted out. Seeing as you're in NY - if you wanna come check it out some time (not sure where you're located but) LMK. :beerchug:
