Oh yea and i tried the JB, and the SH-5 Custom... The custom sounded like garbage, so muffled and distorted, Not Clean at all... The JB is defiantly better, but didn't provide the crunch of an EMG...

With EMG's it really depends on what's vibing with you on the guitar. I put a set of EMG's on my goldtop EC400 (see my avatar) and they absolutley smoke on that guitar. On the other hand, I just took a whole set of EMG's out of my 1989 HM Strat that have been installed in that guitar for about 15 years 'cause I'm not feeling the active tone anymore.
I really like the EMG humbuckers - the 89, 81, and 60. All very nice pickups - I think the distortion tones you can get with the 81 are fantastic, and very fitting for my sorta-kinda Les paul knockoff EC400at.
On the other hand, I am trying out one of the Duncan SH-5 custom pickups in my HM strat now, and that's going pretty good. To me, pickups are like pedal combinations - you just gotta try different combinations in different instruments to find your sound.
I'm not crapping on EMGs at all, but based on what you've said about some of the other pickups you've tried, I find myself pretty curious about the rest of your setup.
EDIT: Nevermind, I just saw the post about the Traynor. I know that amp. Perfectly fine amp. I guess I just hear things differently.
