Out of Phase with Zexcoil

My current Strat setup is a Zexcoil Throaty Bucker in the neck and SD Custom 5 in the bridge. I am using a 3 way blade switch and have the Zexcoil spitting off the single volume knob and the Custom is spitting off a mini toggle. The problem I have is when the three way blade is in the middle position, the pickups are out of phase. The same goes when the pickups are spilt. To correct this would I just need to reverse which coil gets split on the Custom? Instead of red/white to split, change the whole Custom wiring to: Black/Green to split, red to hot and white to ground? Or will I need to do something else?

reverse the black and green wires on the c5 and leave everything else the way it is. youll flip the phase of the bridge pup and youll split to the other coil which should fix both issues
