My perfect neck would be a slightly bigger (maybe 5%) version of my '87 USA Standard Strat's neck, but with the same old worn out feel of my 50's ES-175. I played a '62 Strat that was about 99% of what I'm describing.

Musikraft could probably make one–I wanted a neck with specs they didn't offer and they said they could for an upcharge.
Maybe check with them?
Someday I'm going to assemble a parts Tele, and probably will look into it at that time. I'm also not afraid of sandpaper and lots of work, so I may find one that I know is a little big, and bring it down to perfect size.
Are you asking for help finding that, or asking each of us to name our perfect neck?

Asking what everybody else likes.
I can get that from Musikraft, and be perfectly happy. But what I really want is more radius. 6" or 5" would be ideal, I think. If it had to be compound to work, that'd be fine.
After using vintage Fenders for so many years, I moved on to G&Ls. Their C-shape neck still feels vintage to me but uses a 12" radius and medium jumbo frets. Very happy with them. All but one or two of my G&Ls feel exactly the same. The "odd" ones are just slightly fuller in my hand. These are Legacys...strat bodies. G&L offers a slew of neck options: woods, fingerboards, frets, profiles, widths, radii.
I also use Gibsons, also with the 12" radius. Shorter scale is handy for some fingerings. I have really fat necks on my R8 and R9 Historic Les Paul Reissues. Other Les Pauls have Slim Taper necks, as do my 335s. I have three 335s, and one feels "perfect".
But I also have two of the Guitar Center Custom Shop 1960 Plaintop Tobaccobursts, and these are just slightly fuller, but still Slim Tapers. Very, very comfortable...almost like the G&L Legacys.
Love all my guitars. I can adapt to most anything.

Really curious; is there something in particular that it's easier to do with lower radius necks? I know, "chords," but I have necks from 7"/7.25" to 16"/compound and I really don't notice that barre or open chords are any easier to make; that said lower radius doesn't bother me either, I don't even care to set my action super low any more anyway.
