Mine just came in yesterday and I ordered the 24th eve or so. Those still waiting be patient, I'm sure the custom shop is just busy...the date on the tag of the pickup says 1-12-09, so they may have run a second batch for us late guys. Unfortunately I have to make a nut for the guitar it's going to go in before i get to try it--at least I now know old plastic nuts are prone to shattering when messed with.

Well, I wasn't concerned before, but now I'm getting there. Mine was ordered 12/22 and they haven't hit my credit card yet.

Are these pickups wired with the same wind and polarity as standard Strat pickups? In other words, I want to use a bridge model Stra-90 with SSL-1s in the neck and middle, do do I just use standard a SSL-1 neck and a SSL-1 RW/RP middle? Thanks!

Yes, in those respects they are just the same.

is this confirmed? Normally Custom Shop Strat pickups are RWRP relative to SSL-1s.

I placed my order late on the 23rd... got mine a couple days ago. Looks pretty cool, now I just have to finish the guitar it will be going into!

been using mine for more than a week now and really like them. i used the on a session over the weekend and i think it came out really well
