This is my entry choice for this year, a 2011 Korina Dean Splittail, KJ...



This one, Star, my 1979 Mighty Mite(Wayne Charvel) Star with a Boogie Guitars neck also from 1979 is what I was saying CTN's Star had made me wanna get out of storage. Needs a little work to make it right. I hold back looking for a Double Cream something that will fit better with the Bird's Eye Maple body and neck than Zebra or all Black visually but be what I want sonically.

Ultimately it needs to be refinished with a better job than the last guy did. It has had 3 paint jobs since I got it in 1982 in Dodge Red with Grey primer under that. Then it was a Goldtop done by a COMPLETE novice, me. Then I had a friend of a friend do this Clear. I know a guy in Tampa but he is expensive but worth it. I'm think next year Star hits it and gits it maybe! :naughty:

Okay, here's my pointy guitars. The V has a pair of HS-6s and the other one (Aquila) has an HS-10 in front and a HS-11 (I think, don't remember exactly) in back. Sounds killer!Pointy guitars.jpg

I guess its not pointy enough but to me it is ... I have an all original 76' gibson explorer !!!! Running through my boogie 50 watt single rectifier or my 77' Marshall jmp mark II 100 watts . With a Marshall 2x12 or 4x12 and Robert keeley modded super overdrive & distortion &metal zone Eddie van hallen mxr phaser t c electronic chorus and Line 6 delay it sound killer at any volume . :). :)

Here's the pointiest ? guitar I have ever made ,African Mahogany body finished in copper metal flake ,Padauk neck and SD Dimebucker

This is my customised Ibanez XPT700BK, which I swapped the chrome hardware out for black, and swapped out the D'Activators for EMG's
