hmmm im thinkin about those godin guitars, gonna try one on tuesday(the hmb) would you recomend changing the pup's?(for EMG or SD?)

I'd only change them if you don't like them. If you like them, there's no need. If you do decide you want to change them, post a thread in the pickup section telling them what you have (guitar and amp), and what style you play, along with some examples of bands that have a sound similar to what you're after.

:saeek: just read the reviews of the HMB on harmony central got a 9.7 outta 10 on all things there was one guy usin it for thrash he said the pickups were a little bright but otherwise he said it was AMAZING hopefully i will like it when i try it

EDIT: agh its soo hard to decide wat guitar :yell: :yell: o well i figure something out. dunno if i want the godin, a epiphone or a jackson or something :yell:

I really like the EMGs (81 bridge, 85 neck).

The only Epi LP I've tried that I like the feel of is the Gothic, but I've yet to try an Epi LP Custom as they don't carry them around here. Epi makes some good guitars, but my suggestion is to play as many as you can and pick the best one of the lot.

damnit, i just looked at the pic and im gassing for a goth LP again. even the epi would be nice. i love the goth lp's, and EMG's perfect the look

If I could find a used Gibson Gothic I'd probably go for it....
