I bought myself an Ibanez SA160 for Christmas. It's the candy apple red mahogany one. I paid $333 for it through AMS. Along with the guitar, I bought a PAF Pro, a Heavy Blues, and a Pro Track. Also bought a set of Planet Waves locking tuners. I haven't done anything with the guitar yet. Well now I find out that AMS has got a lot of their Ibanez's on clearance. The SA prestige model is now only $429. Also, the SA160 that I just bought is now only only $229, which, regardless, I already called for a sale price adjustment. What I'm wondering is if I should return the Korean model for the Japanese model. For $200 more, I can have the prestige. But for $229, I can get another Korean one to upgrade. It should be noted that I also have an SA160 ash guitar that is totally tricked out that is my main guitar. When I bought that one, I actually looked at the prestige, and picked the Korean based on the price of the Japanese one. Now that the price is much lower, I don't know what I sould do. Any thoughts. Anybody have one of the SA series Ibanez's who would like to voice their opinion, please do.
