SNAP! ARGHHHhhhhhhhh!!!!!

Re: SNAP! ARGHHHhhhhhhhh!!!!!

Oh shucks you guys...thank you!

The blue Iceman? No break just had a poor refin on the neck and the finish was just coming apart on it. I didn’t do the refin so not sure what they screwed up. I’ve sinced stripped that neck, it is a 3-piece maple neck with no issues at all, I used Watco oil finish on it for now.

Re: SNAP! ARGHHHhhhhhhhh!!!!!

Hello.

Well and for what it's worth: I'm impressed.

And nice to have been in contact with somebody that is actually "out there and doing it". And no offense is meant to anybody i.e. it's just that you never know who you're chatting with on forums (could be somebody like me that's perpetually stuck in a home studio trying to get their act together or somebody playing stadiums for a living).

Anyways: hell if I were near you chaps I'd come watch and visit and buy you a few shooters!!! LOL!!! I'd buy you a "volute" (new name for a shooter for all SD Forum Members but we still need to work out the ingredients!!! LOL!!! dave74???).

Couldn't help but notice that you're rated #22 in ReverbNation (as of yesterday and if I'm reading the site right???). That's pretty good going (better than pretty good actually).

Great stuff. Promised myself that this year I'm gonna make a point of trying to look at everybody else's stuff now and then (you know: kinda show a bit of interest in what fellow musicians are doing as opposed to just "receiving").

Horror Show just came up on my iPod playlist. Love that tune.

Re: SNAP! ARGHHHhhhhhhhh!!!!!

Just had a similar/close call with my new lp junior. Turned my leg into it and CRASH. Thank god, it was in it’s gig bag at the time and seems to be fine. Made me think of your OP, though, for sure.

Was scary opening the gigbag to see if any damage was done
