Just got done ordering my Private Jack!!!

Let me know how it sounds man. One of the studios near here has a Classic 30 with a Jensen 12 in it and it sounds awesome. I was thinking of picking one up and throwing a Weber Jensen copy in it, but I may have to give the Private Jack some thought. I'm currently using a pair with my Marshall and they rock.

Well, Private Jack arrived yesterday via UPS... I got it in and .............. Had to get the kids to bed and all so I didnt get to play it. #%@#@^

How's the bottom end on the Pvt Jack in your Classic 30?

It's good, obviously not as good as a closed back would be but good nonetheless.

Ok.... I went and plugged up a paul..

Put some Corporal punishment on the Private Jack and it kicks Major @$$...

Im thrilled! At first I thought it seemed fizzy sounding.. It just that it breaks up so much better.. The clean is more open and warmer, the distortion is much more potent. I have to back off the pre to get what I used to get and get alot more dimed. And the bass is much fuller.. Before, it had almost a thud to it. Slam a low note and it would be Thud and then the note.. Now it comes on more naturally.
over all the quality is better, more responsive. I feel like I have a new amp..
Im happy!!
