Not the best run business. Ordered an SG husk on eBay. 2 days later Stratosphere said the guitar was sold to someone else, offered a different guitar (I declined and requested a refund).
A week passes. *Crickets*.
I call twice and email again...nothing
I file a claim with PayPal. Stratosphere finally responds that they thought they had processed the refund, but now when they try they get an error message--period. Apparently this is my problem? I provide claim number, screenshots, everything. They say they can't find the claim nor can they figure out how to issue the refund. I give up and tell them they need to contact PayPal and figure it out. *Crickets*
So they keep going dark on me. At this point I will get a refund at the end of the week simply because they failed to do anything. But I've been out $900 for 22 days.
I did order another husk from them before this all went south. Got it fast and it's very nice.
Super high volume seller. I guess if your order goes ok, you can get some nice stuff. If something goes wrong and you actually need customer service--good luck.
Hard to believe an eBay seller with 300k+ sales doesn't know how to process a refund?
