I can't stop buying the damn things LOL.
i was trying to find a different 22 fret set neck mahogany guitar and i told myself no les pauls unless it's a KILLER of a les paul...so going by that i start the hunt for this mythical guitar that fit the specs i wanted....so what do i buy?

a MONSTER of a flame top MINT 2004 Les Paul Premium Plus standard, and aside from the INSANE flame in the top and it being my favorte color, iced tea, it's a feather (for a paul) at only 8.6 lbs which is great for me since i am mostly a super strat player.
anyway, here she is (sellers pics) it gets shipped out to me on Monday via 3day shipping and i'll have better pics and a review then. i just couldn't wait to share what i feel is my personal holy grail les paul (monster flame, iced tea burst light weight).
seems to be a nice even grain dark fretboard from the pics which is great, just what i like!
also that pickguard will NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER go on this guitar so don't even say i should put it on because that would be just as bad as putting a floyd on it IMO, just sinful!
i rather cut my left hand off and never play guitar again before i ruin that amazing top with a hunk of ugly plastic!! (can you tell i don't like pickguards on les pauls LOL)
man, i'm drooling looking at the pics and i can't wait to get my hands on it next week (wed or thurs).
so, anyone want to buy my black '99 LP standard (pic in sig), i don't think i'll need it anymore now
