Superswitch Wiring Help for 2 Humbuckers

I have an Ibanez VLX91 5 way "superswitch" (acts identical to classic superswitch) and I need some help with the wiring diagram to achieve the following switching:

Position 1: Bridge series
Position 2: Inner coils (parallel)
Position 3: Outer coils (parallel)
Position 4: Neck (parallel)
Position 5: Neck series

I found the following image online from someone that stated they did this to their RG7620 (unfortunately he doesn't have contact info posted)

Any help or direction would be a great help. This the last thing I need to complete this project.

I have this one here. As far as neck parallel, you'll have to make an adjustment. Not sure what though.

I get that. But it may just confuse the issue since the switch positions on your diagram don't give the combinations that he is asking for.
