The H90 Harmonizer Thread

There was a Brian May-like patch that sounded like his guitar on the Flash soundtrack that I cannot find on the H90. I remember using it on the H9. If anyone remembers the name, I would appreciate it.

Also, if you know of any other Brian May-like patches I should check out I would appreciate the help.

Which brings me to one complaint. I figured out how to set a hotswitch to turn the second tubescreamer on and off, but there isn't a way to turn the first one off without turning the second one off too. This functionality could be added with almost 0 coding.

Click the PERFORM button that will allow you to use the effects independently.

One thing I think the H90 could improve on now that I've used it a while is the EQ Compressor algorithm should be able to be set as a "master" setting that can always be on regardless of which program you're running. It wouldn't be too intensive processor wise. Also an always on noisegate would be nice.

Yeah, thats exactly why I run a compressor in front of the H90, and Reverb/Trem after

So Im not burning up the power of the H90 for always on stuff.

Man, I spent 4 hours tonight working on my H90 -I uncovered a lot of new incredible territory on it for me.

I have been spending a lot of time with mine. I was leaving the studio today and I looked at my drummer and said "I have everything I need programmed into the H90 so I am finally leaving it on the board." I took two steps turned around and put it in my gig bag. I really have not had a chance to "play" with it yet. Most of my time has been programming in patches I know I need for the band.

I am just in love with the H90.... I think my pedal searching fetish is over....

Programming new stuff today

Securb so Ive got a big show coming up -so I took the time to really sit out and dial and program my H90 for the set and really work on the stacking and routing of the algorithms....

It's going amazing...... this pedal is just everything....

Entanglements is really working for me.

I have a part in a song where I use Blackhole where that might work better. Do you use the EXP pedal to play with the mod speed?

I am more than thrilled with my H90. I have the songs all in there for the studio and I am good to go. I was able to duplicate all of my vintage effects and add a ton of new tones and textures.

Im not using an expression pedal right now... but maybe!

I use Black hole a lot too.

You are depriving yourself of joy. I got a EHX Dual EXP that controls the H9 and the H90, I love it.

When I play now the only thing in front of me on stage is a Tech21MIdi Mouse (talking to H90), Drive Pedal and Tuner.

Tuner on the h90 is not realistic for me to use live -but it is handy

Easy!

Securb One thing I've done dramatically, Ive moved back to my head with an FX loop for the H90.... As much as I love my deluxe, the power and complexity of the H90 sounds really affects the pre-amp of my Deluxe -makes the tones a little messy and the drive harsher.

I suggest using the FX loop or drive the preamp clean if you are going to use the wild time based fx and modulation.

I've discovered the H90 really adds to my versatility as a bass player, especially when we don't have a synth handy
