Re: The Well: Episode 3 - Do you feel lucky?

I almost stipulated something like "If you're going to say 'having my kids,' think of something else!" but then thought - hey - if that's his answer, that's his answer.

That is my true answer. :D I was an irresponsible OLD teenager...hair down to my butt, driving a Mustang GT and playing Rock and Roll.
I told you the questions will get you thinking!!

Joe, when are you at your most content?

When do you most feel like being an utterly irresponsible child??? :D

I'm most content after I get my oldest son to bed and get to spend some quality time with Amber. You know, the post day chill.

As far as the irresponsible child, I feel like being that way all the time.;) Thank goodness I can control it.

You ought to see me and my 5 year old wrestle....he is all boy and a brute.

Re: The Well: Episode 3 - Do you feel lucky?

Apoligize if this has been asked, but could we get your gear pics?

I will borrow a digicam from my mother in law soon and post pics. Her is a run down of what I use;;;

Strat > OCD > Plexitone(on loan from kjrocks) > Ibanez DE-7 > Boss TU-2 >

Bill M modded Blues JR or Peavey Classic 30 ...Working mans tools.

A friend of mine played and I thought it was cool, so I got my 1st guitar...a Hondo Les Paul Copy. It was a horrible thing and I am glad it is gone.

The Chain and Train Kept a Rollin'..Yardbirds version, of course. :D

What's your favourite Randy Rhoads Era Ozzy Tune?

Revelation Mother Earth...good lyrics and a solo that sounds like it could have been played by a world renown violinist.

I asked Jolly this same question but It's a good one....

What would your dream vacation spot be?

Probably England and Ireland...I love the old castles and palaces, plus I would be able to communicate reasonably well.

If you were given the task of selecting music for a group of extraterrestrials that have never heard human music before, what would be the first three songs you would have them listen to?

Tough question.....I would want them to hear variety and quality....

1. Peter and the Wolf, for it's moods and all the differents tones.

2. 32-20 blues by Robert Johnson, to let the aliens know what humanity can be about.

3. The Attitude Song by Steve Vai, so the aliens know there are some of their kind here, too.

But what we really want to know is

whats your favorite ice cream flavor? :)

Chocolate !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm gonna close this thread in an hour or so....it has been fun and educational. If you have a question, shoot quick. :D

Re: The Well: Episode 3 - Do you feel lucky?

Great question! Hmmmmn. Otis Redding or Aretha Franklin, so young cats can know what soul is.........Music can be simple and melodic, yet be totally amazing. I wish I could play my guitar and have it sound half as good as their voices.

Thanks a lot for the answer. I only know The Dock of the Bay of those artists.. That is however a great song, so I will need to check out more here.. Okay, so that's Otis and Aretha from bungalowbill, and The Beatles from Stevie_Bees.

Another question for ya, three words to describe you in a nutshell. Bonus-point if there's something that might surprise us. ;)

Edit: didn't see you were gonna close this one.
