I do really have to address the Parker issue. I do not consider it a pointy. I do think the Washburn is a pointy.

Is parker a super strat? Maybe we need an avant garde category for any Rainsong carbon fibers, Parkers, Steinbergers, Chapman sticks and whatever.

Or would it be in a Schecter/PRS/ESP other category....

Its an EMG 81 in the bridge and a Dimarzio Super Distortion in the neck. I use a 500k pot instead of the 25k EMG pots. Acts more like an off an switch than a pot but for that guitar works just fine for me.

I used to have an E/2 Explorer set up the same way, but it was an 85/Dirty Fingers. The middle position didn't work right, but I bought it that way and it was good enough for me to keep it that way.

I don't care what you think. H8Red granted my Fly Deluxe pointy status. He should know. So, there! ;)

BTW, my Fly Deluxe has sharper edges than any of the Flying Vs in this thread.
