Does anyone have any experience with Weber extension cabs?

I really like their prices ($225 for a 2x12). Can anyone think of a downside to the split-back, which allows open- or closed-back configuration?

I can attest to the quality of some of the stuff they make and I've used successfully. I did have one that was a problem, but they fixed it for me.
