The guys at Marshall must have hit themselves in the head with a hammer when coming up with the prices.
Not handwired they look kind of cheap actually, your paying for the name.
It may be a business decision in that Marshall probably make most of their money moving their budget amps whilst justifying the extra upgrade cost of their professional line as a ticket to attaining "REAL" Marshall tone.
Also, so far the people on here that have tried them out said they aren't really that good, and not really that classic Marshall tone.
