Will i need to adjust the guitar set if going from 9-42 , to a hybrid 9 - 46 ?

Hey , i have a packet of hybrids guage9 - 46 strings. My ibanez is setup for 9 - 42 , would i need to adjust the setup /truss rod etc. or is this not too big a jump ? thin high strings with normal low strings ...

I'd expect that you'd need to at least adjust the spring tension on the trem. Intonation may need tweaking depending on how much you obsess over it. Truss rod might need a tweak but maybe not. I didn't need to adjust mine when I went from 9-42 to 9.5-46 and only two of my strings needed intonation adjustments..
