Very cool.

I noticed it doesn't say who signed the pickguard, I'm hoping it's YJM [emoji23]

Yes, yes, it is YJM...

Let's hope someone on this forum wins. I'd rather that than the unwashed masses of Facebook or Instagram. :)

Re: Win a signed Yngwie-Loaded Pickguard!

You really should open all of your contests and giveaways worldwide. At least to Europe.

Re: Win a signed Yngwie-Loaded Pickguard!

Why can't just include countries with distributors? You can send the prize in the batches you are already sending to them? Or give them to Maricela Juarez, if I ever win something and if she evers comes back to any of the clinics she has done in the past then I can pick it up :)

Re: Win a signed Yngwie-Loaded Pickguard!

If it makes you feel better I'm in every guitar related newsletter to enter every giveaway and I yet have to win anything. So location isn't everything :)

Well, don't know where I'd put it if I won (well that's not entirely true) but I'm in.

Up on eBay? j/k

I have a Strat I never use that it could go in. Won't do anything about the uncomfortable neck profile.

Did I win yet?

I'll get a Squire to slap it in in a New York minute....

There will be international contests. But this one is USA only.

Re: Win a signed Yngwie-Loaded Pickguard!

My '92 American Standard seems to have an ever so slight V. I prefer a C or D profile that rests comfortably in my palm.

Ever try a different neck on it, or think about a different Strat? There are too many Strat neck profiles out there to let the wrong one hold you back.

Re: Win a signed Yngwie-Loaded Pickguard!

I have thought about it and absolutely agree with you. However, I have other guitars that work better for my style, specifically an HSH EBMM Silhouette which also fits like a glove.

Re: Win a signed Yngwie-Loaded Pickguard!

Fair enough. I prefer Soloists and RG's most of the time, myself. But Strats are still sweet.

Re: Win a signed Yngwie-Loaded Pickguard!

My Silhouette is a 24-fret Superstrat with a double-locking trem. The bridge PU is a DP165 with a PAF Pro in the neck, but it does cop some nice quack. Most of my other guitars are also Superstrats. Before all that it was mainly a Les Paul with a '60s neck. I can roll just fine with a vintage-style single in the neck; but I'm uncomfortable without a humbucker in the bridge.

Anyway, Strats are sweet, though; especially when they're in the hands of someone else. :)

Still, I have a feeling I would enjoy the STK-10b.

If you haven't entered, please do. It would be great for a forum member to have this.
