It's a worthy backup, it sounds great and fits me just as well as the warmoth, however the strat is just so much more usable, i dont have to worry about the floyd rose, it holds the tuning well, and locking tuners means changing strings take meer seconds. If i wasnt so lazy then maybe the RG would be used as much, maybe even more as i prefere the neck on it, but when i have to grab a guitar and go to a practice, i'm always going to go for the reliable option.

Two VERY tasty setups Grits. Starfire and LP Jr are great choices. Same with the 72 Tele.
