'72 LP Custom '54 reissue- really sweet axe with the alnico "staple" neck pickup. Stolen by a junkie we'd allowed to stay over.
Wholesome.A mid-80s Lotus POS. Lost it in the same fire that damaged my Westone. It played like crap, but it was my first electric guitar... wish I still had it for old times sake!
Here it is with a 17-year-old BriGuy in my senior pictures from 1986:

Did you ever have a guitar you owned, decided to sell or trade and really miss?

The one in my sig line, a 1982 Gibson Les Paul Standard, Cherry Sunburst, serial number 82232531.
I pawned it along with quite a few other valuables when my Dad & I lost our ass at farming, because, well, we needed to eat. Needless to say, I couldn't come up with the money to get out of hock. The lady at the pawn shop claimed that Tim McGraw's lead guitarist at the time (2001) bought it, but I have no idea if that is true or not. But either way, it's the one guitar I would like to get back.
Tell you what.. 2 things... Ive lost a bunch of gear (and ton of $$) in pawns.. So, sorry to hear that. Second... If that is true, that's at least kind of cool, (seems odd she would make that up..) And, if its not true, kinda nice she would at least try to make you feel better about the sitch. AND... If it is true... contact the dude and see if he will sell it back to you...At least you may have a line on where it went..
But she had a very snotty and sarcastic about it. I was so pissed off that I could've bit a nail in two. That guitar meant alot to me, still does, and always will. It holds alot of sentimental value.
