bridge-tailpiece distance question

Hi everyone!

I am curious about the efect on sound that has the distance between the bridge and the tailpiece.

I mean is there any diference in the tone in a wraparound bridge (PRS) and another with a frecuensator tailpiece (epi casino or riviera)?

Does anybody has an answer?
