I remember the "Orpheo deal".

All this Iceman stuff is quite amusing, actually. I kinda like the anticipation build. But...the actual climax better be worth it.

I watched my club go from a haven of hot metal girls in spandex and mini-skirts to a sausage factory with a handful of girls in baggy Dickie Pants overnight. To make it worse, that grunge/hardcore crowd didn't drink. They just wanted to mosh, fight and bother the bartenders for free water. As much as I like the music, it was the worst thing to happen to the live music scene. Almost every live rock club in Boston died during that era. No liquor sales and tons of citations and lawsuits because of the fights.

Don't worry guys, I'll salvage this thread with a non-imaginary NGD . . . I just recently got a guitar shipped to me from the Netherlands to Canada in four days.

Came in last Friday (thanks Orpheo!). And I've been playing it a ton, it's freaking awesome. Antiquity 'buckers are really, really nice (kinda gross and tarnished but nothing a little brasso can't fix). Not sure about the '50s wiring, but I'm going to try to live with it for a bit to see if it needs to change.

This is far and away the prettiest guitar I've got. Sunburst colour is perfect, and I love how it looks different in different light. Maybe it's just the sunburst, but it also really seems to nail Zeppelin tones. :P
