Try using the Tremol-No, might solve the problem.

I have a Tremo-No in my Yamaha YSG. (There is no directly compatible replacement for the stock Yanaha vibrato.)

IMO, rhythm guitar is just a state of mind.

Well I did a comparison but I'm a bit disappointed as I think the way I have my pedal set up totally dominates the sound.

To me the differences between the guitars were a lot more obvious when playing through a proper amp... maybe I'll go back a re-record the direct signal with no gain/speaker simulation etc.

Try flipping the 85 to the bridge in the Schecter....I think the 85 and the 89 work better in a mix than an 81 IMO.......

I just put that Schecter to good use in the studio.
Four days of recording at 301 in Sydney, 10am to 10pm every day.
The guitar was amazing, although my hands hurt like you wouldn't believe from my choice of strings.
It did however make playing the solos on my other Jackson a breeze!!!

So in the not to distant future I'll have my first album mixed, mastered and released, I'll make sure I put up a link so you guys can hear my playing!
