PRS SE single cut P90 vs. SG classic P90?

Re: PRS SE single cut P90 vs. SG classic P90?

A wiser man than me once said "It's too bad EVERY guitar isn't a Gibson SG."

Re: PRS SE single cut P90 vs. SG classic P90?

get one of those single cut LP special fadeds they were makin for awhile, it'll sound meatier than the SG and the PRS, and with a p90 guitar it's all about meat

the prs doesn't even sound like a p90 guitar to me

Hands down.........the SG. Not a big PRS fan. SG's are just way cool IMO:14:

Re: PRS SE single cut P90 vs. SG classic P90?

You just gotta play them. SEs are definitely a more reliable purchase though if you're buying w/o playing beforehand.

SGs may have the "G" word on the headstock, but "PRS" has plenty of cred - especially when you consider the amazing tone you get out of that 400 dollar guitar.

Plus PRS is an innovator, while Gibson keeps making the same worthless crap year after year. Do you want to be on the cutting edge or stuck in a time warp by a brand that simply rests on its previous achievements?

Hehe, just kidding about that last bit. My first two points are serious though :)

Hot sweet tits! Now that is what I'm talking about. Though I do think it would look better w/ chrome. I want to know why more bass-boat-sparkle paint jobs aren't in existence... Probably because they're too awesome and boner guitar players' heads would explode.
