What do most people in your area think about the rebuilding of New Orleans? Are they hopeful about it, or do they think it's risky, due to the low land being vulnerable in the future?
What is the best seasoning and best sauce for Cajun style BBQ? Currently, I use Tony Chachere's and Zatarains seasoning, and my favorite sauce is Louisiana Wildly Wicked Wing Sauce.

There was a huge debate recently in which the locals actually made a wise decision to NOT rebuild the PJs. Instead they are building multi-income housing areas.
The opinions are as varied here as they are elsewhere. The gummint wants it done and done quickly in order to bring back the tourism $$$. Personally, I believe that rebuilding in the low-lying areas is just as risky now as it was the first time. The "old" city did not flood, or in the areas that had some flooding it occurred because of the "new" areas. The people who originally built there did not have levees. They built in the high spots.:doh:

I'm not into BBQ (sorry McDLT). I prefer Konriko Creole Seasoning to either of the other two. I also like "Slap Ya Mama" seasoning: spicy with less salt.

No, but I have considered wearing a skirt. Of course the dress code at work requires that stockings be worn as well. For some reason they neglected to indicate any gender differences.

The former has leads beginning at 3:17, Wah lead at 3:43. Both are the Parker (neck/A2P clean; br/Brobucker dirty). The latter has outro leads beginning at 2:34 in three passages--the middle has the wah.
