So a simple tip - the best way to get a cool Ace pic in the mix at the house is to get an autographed one, the Mrs will have to acknowledge it's specialness and at least let you hang in somewhere in the house.

Now for the second most important question - what about the Nuge? You down with the Great Gonzo?

fwiw the original bassplayer in Mr Nasty got his doctorate and he can stick his finger in people's ears and wiggle their brains too, I was very proud of him.

When you started playing the guitar was said guitar a Les Paul or if not, was it a fairly quick transition to the Les Paul?

If yes to either, would you attribute your choice of the Les Paul to listening to Ace/Kiss?

I started playing a "Lark" acoustic for maybe a year and a half. Standard Mel Bay lesson books, some other stuff.

Then I got my #1 Les Paul for Christmas. Probably hd only that Les Paul until I was 30.

My choice of the Les Paul in Cherry Sunburst was 100% because of the inside of ALIVE II.
