Things you could'nt care less about that the vast majority of guitar players luv...

My peeve is someone who brings up dead horses trying to revive them by refusing to admit that the bullet from their gun is the one that killed it in the first place.

My disuse of/dslike of music theory never died or went anywhere. It's alive and kicking despite all the pettyness & retardedness that came my way & went nowhere......

So the question of guns and bullets does'nt even arise (or dead horses) ...unless of course you're talking about somethng else..in which case don't mind me , carry on :lmao:

Yes it absolutely IS alive and kicking in your mind. But it's about time to let it die.

You're so narcissistic you can't even see when you've lost.

Use my imagination. Hmmm. In other words, my opinion on what the vast majority love. Got it.

Floating Floyd Rose and the like tremolo systems (Edge, etc.). I don't like the instability of tuning with them though I know how to set one up properly. The only Floyd equipped guitar I have is decked, not even routed for pull-up. Strat trems I can deal with. I use a little vibrato anyway with them or they are decked and blocked.

@GuitarDoc:

It's not going to die & is in fact alive & thriving (see video's above...)

Lost what? Why are dudes like you (and for that matter, Clint)....so obsessive about winning & losing??. I said "this is how I play" (w/o theory). You and a bunch of other maestro's were somehow butthurt about that & "couldn't take it".

So y'all piled on expecting me to cave. Did'nt happen...I carried on as before. Your half-assed efforts came to naught and that's how things stand...the 'status quo' so to speak. What does it have to do with you 'winning' anything?

This what comes from childhood trauma involving an adult's clumsiness w/ their baby...resulting in inevitable tragedy.

btw shouting from the rooftops that your'e "a winner" (when there's really no reason for that sort of obnoxious behaviour at all & there's certainly nothing to show that you are anything of the sort, save in your own fevered & deluded mind) is what constitutes "narcissism" as far as I'm concerned :bigthumb:

Fine tuners and locking nuts on a Floyd Rose guitar, an NFT Floyd and locking tuners stays in tune just as well. Plus they are more comfortable to rest your hand
Most time based guitar effects, except delay and reverb, but only on recordings
King of Tone, Klons and Klones
Telecasters
Pedal boards
The positions 2 and 4 on a Strat
The neck pickup on a Strat
Thinking an expensive part is better than a cheaper part just because of the price tag
Sounding like the record
Excessively relying on CAGED, and any other get rich quick guitar schemes
I hate pedal boards
Using a goatee to hide the fact they can't grow a beard
Using guitar electronics as a crutch so they don't have to learn how to sculpt their tone with technique.
People that think I care how they use/don't use/apply music theory
People that think guitar is an inherently expensive hobby
People that group people into little mental pens such as "guitar players"

I also don't hate locking tuners, but I do think they're way overrated.

I personally prefer non-locking tuners for the ability to loosen the strings all the way and retighten them without fearing them breaking.

And locking tuners are almost always heavier than the non-locking variations.

The only things I can think of on a guitar that I have no need for, that almost everybody else I know uses, are the volume and tone controls.

I have never owned a Floyd equipped guitar. I have a guitar with an adjustable trem, but I never install the bar (even thought it just slips into place).
